CDM Smith Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership and guide financial decisions that drive growth and profitability.

You’ll lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting while translating data into actionable insights across the business. This role will involve supporting revenue recognition, contract reviews, client billing, and financial controls, with opportunities to build executive dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Excel, and Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, margins, resource utilization, and KPIs.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition and billing.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
