Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, incentive compensation, or sales finance experience.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling linking drivers to outcomes.
• Experience with incentive compensation and workforce planning preferred.
• Strong data validation and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A reporting for incentive compensation and variance explanations.
• Own annual budget and monthly forecast for incentive expense.
• Oversee enterprise FTE tracking and workforce forecasting.
• Partner with finance, HR, and leadership to link plans to budgets.
• Develop governance for incentive planning and accrual management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance

MBA or CPA preferred
