Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of FP&A or similar experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and planning software.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with AI tooling to drive automation.
• Ability to build scalable, repeatable processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build sales analytic and forecasting models.
• Perform variance, trend, and pipeline analyses to guide decisions.
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards with key metrics.
• Build validation and reconciliation into models and reports.
• Support annual budgeting with updated sales budget model.
• Forecast and manage expenses for Sales and Marketing, incl. commissions.
• Prepare analyses for Sales Leaders and Executives.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce turnaround time.
• Ongoing process improvement of data organization and version control.
• And other duties as assigned.
