Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Financial Analyst in a hybrid role with on-site and remote work. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to provide budgeting, forecasting, and insightful financial reporting.

The candidate will build models, dashboards, and processes to support strategic decisions and improve efficiency. The position emphasizes collaboration with Finance, opportunities to influence key metrics, and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
2–4 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP/planning software (Workday Adaptive/OfficeConnect, Netsuite, Salesforce).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with AI tooling to drive automation (Claude).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Industry experience supporting a go-to-market or sales function is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and build sales analytic and forecasting models for new sales forecasting.
Perform variance, trend, product mix and pipeline analyses to drive decisions.
Design and deliver reports and dashboards with critical business insights.
Build validation and error-checking into models and reports.
Support annual budget process with a new sales budget model.
Forecast and manage expenses for Sales and Marketing, including commissions modeling.
Prepare materials for Sales Leaders and executives.
Automate recurring reporting to reduce turnaround time.
Review and improve data organization and version control.
