Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to guide complex FP&A and EPM projects within a globally connected advisory practice. You will lead financial processes, model analyses, and partnering with clients to enhance decision-making and performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FP&A/consulting, experience with EPM platforms, and strong communication skills to interact with executives. Some travel is expected as client work requires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• ≥2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A, with Life Sciences expertise.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and AOP processes.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis experience.
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of FP&A projects.
• Drive quality, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others on complex initiatives.
• Deliver activities and inform recommendations with sound judgment.
• Coordinate work of junior colleagues or team members.
• Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk standards.
