Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead complex FP&A and EPM projects across client engagements. You will coordinate junior colleagues, ensure quality and risk controls, and guide teams in delivering technical initiatives that improve planning and decision-making.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in FP&A, experience with EPM platforms, and strong analytical, communication, and executive-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• 2+ years in financial planning and analysis; consulting/ advisory exp a plus.
• Experience with FP&A transformations or EPM implementations is ideal.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to translate data to insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FP&A and EPM projects for client engagements.
• Coordinate with junior teams; manage performance objectives.
• Ensure quality, risk controls, and continuous process improvements.
• Guide teams and deliver technical initiatives with clear recommendations.
• Support senior stakeholders with planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
