Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects for diverse clients. You will guide teams, apply best practices, and coordinate senior and junior staff to ensure robust financial planning and performance improvements.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling with exposure to leading EPM platforms, and may involve travel to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Minimum 2+ years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences
• Experience in strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Capital planning and investment analysis
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions
• Proven ability translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/ePBCS/FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs
