Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A.
• Experience with Life Sciences sector is a plus.
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes and projects.
• Ensure quality and risk management while driving process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others on complex technical initiatives.
• Deliver activities and inform recommendations with sound judgment.
