Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analytics professional to lead FP&A and EPM initiatives across client engagements. You will guide teams, apply robust financial modeling, and partner with executives to drive planning and performance improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in FP&A consulting or industry roles, experience with EPM platforms, and strong communication. Travel to meet client needs is expected as part of advisory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry is a plus.
• Strong FP&A, planning, budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience implementing EPM transformations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of FP&A and EPM projects.
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and ensure quality and risk standards.
• Apply judgment to inform recommendations and drive process improvements.
• Deliver activities on schedule and align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple client engagements.
