Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients, guiding teams, and applying best practices to improve planning processes. The position requires 2+ years in FP&A with consulting experience, a strong technical background in EPM tools, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences
• Experience with FP&A planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and AOP
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations and EPM solutions
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with data-driven insight
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects
• Ensure quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement
• Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives
• Deliver agreed activities and inform recommendations with sound judgment
• Coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members
• Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk standards
