Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans with stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers and corrective actions.
• Refine financial models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Present financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure performance.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes.
