Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with the Plant General Manager, oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will manage the month-end close, asset accounting, and audit support while guiding process improvements across maintenance and capital projects.

The role requires a senior background in manufacturing accounting, strong leadership, and technical skills in SAP and Microsoft Office to ensure timely, accurate financial data for strategic decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Experience at manufacturing plants with high complexity and capital projects.
• Proficient in Windows with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred.
• CPA/MBA and public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key financial reporting resource to corporate and local management.
• Lead and supervise professional accounting and clerical staff.
• Accounts for and reports on local capital and maintenance spending.
• Perform monthly inventory costing and close processes; ensure GAAP compliance.
