Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Irvine, CA (also Las Vegas, NV) is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to oversee the US digital communications business' strategic and annual operating plans and reporting.

You'll lead FP&A initiatives, ensure accurate analysis and board-ready materials, and drive performance across a multinational, multi-site organization with a strong emphasis on US GAAP and cost accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant FP&A experience in a complex, multinational environment.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and telecommunications context is desirable.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and cost accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic long-term planning and annual operating plans.
• Drive budgeting, monthly reporting, and performance analysis.
• Prepare board-ready financial materials for reviews.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics to improve performance.
• Provide leadership insights and manage a high-performing team.
