Job summary

Ingersoll Rand plc in Davidson, NC, seeks a senior FP&A leader to own internal/external reporting, BU consolidations, and the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close processes for the enterprise. You will collaborate with a global finance team, partner with executive leadership to assess risks and opportunities, and deliver standardized, management-ready outputs and board materials.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in finance, 5+ years in a supervisory role; MBA

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting and 10+ years in progressive finance roles.
5+ years in supervisory or management roles with executive-level interaction.
Experience communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of routine financial reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
Standardize management outputs (GM bridge, EBITDA variance) and develop ad-hoc reports.
Coordinate BU finance teams, create templates, calendars, and guidance for submissions.
Prepare Board materials and Earnings Release content with executive leadership.
Partner with Data Analytics to improve data quality and reporting tools.
