Job summary

Gravitics is seeking a Director of FP&A to own planning, forecasting and analysis across the organization. You will partner with the CFO and lead finance for engineering, manufacturing and program leadership, translating complex plans into financially informed decisions.

You will mature the FP&A function, building the team, models and cadence to scale with growth, while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with government and commercial programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience in aerospace, space, defense or advanced hardware manufacturing.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong command of Excel and modern planning tools.
• Experience with program or project cost tracking and long-cycle, milestone-based revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and long-range strategic plan, aligned to program milestones and company goals.
• Own the five-year plan and support pricing, bid and proposal financials for opportunities.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards to CFO and Board.
• Build scalable planning processes, tools and controls; collaborate with Accounting on close and government contract compliance.
