Iambic Therapeutics, Inc. is hiring an Associate Director / Director, FP&A to own budgeting, planning, and the consolidated financial model. You will partner with group leaders across Discovery, Clinical, and Partnership programs to shape the long-range plan and cash runway. This is a high-ownership role in a lean, fast-paced biotech finance team.

The position is based in San Diego with remote work exceptions for standout candidates and a path to scale the FP&A function as the company grows.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or related sectors.
• Expertise building and running complex three-statement financial models.
• Proven business partner to executives on budgets and resource allocation.
• Public-company experience and planning tool familiarity are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting cycles and long-range planning with the leadership team.
• Maintain consolidated financial models and multi-scenario analyses.
• Prepare Board-ready materials and support partnerships with program economics.
• Lead month-end close coordination with Accounting and improve FP&A tools.
