Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of progressive FP&A or financial data experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling, Power Query, and VBA/macros.
• Strong SQL and experience building relational and dimensional data models.
• Experience implementing or administering FP&A platforms (Vena preferred; others acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A data architecture, automated reporting, and CPM/FP&A templates.
• Develop scalable data models and automations to support budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to integrate data sources and improve data governance.
• Partner with FP&A analysts to translate needs into scalable solutions.
