Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of progressive FP&A or data analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex modeling, Power Query, and VBA/macros.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing relational and dimensional data models.
• Experience with FP&A platforms (Vena preferred; other platforms acceptable).
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and developing scalable reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts to senior leadership.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the FP&A architecture, templates, automations, and models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, valuations, and reporting.
• Integrate financial and operational data into the data model in partnership with the BI team.
• Develop and maintain the master financial data model for the Financial Services organization.
• Provide agility to link new data sources and reshape the financial data model as planning needs evolve.
• Build advanced models, automations, and reporting templates for department reporting and scenario analyses.
• Partner with FP&A analysts to translate analytical needs into scalable, automated solutions.
• Establish data governance, validation, and documentation standards with leadership.
• Expand the finance data capability to scale with growth and increasing complexity.
