Job summary

You will partner with the Head of FP&A, CFO, and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.

This hybrid role requires strong Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data engineering skills, plus experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, engineering, information systems, computer science, mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years in IT development, data analytics, data engineering, BI, consulting, or similar analytical/technical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets; translate findings into clear business narratives.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI, Python, Power Query, or similar tools preferred.
• Experience building dashboards, automated reporting, financial models, or analytical tools that improve decision-making.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and key drivers.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, data warehouses, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage analytical workstreams, and partner with finance, technology, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented and able to balance hands-on data work with executive-level communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of FP&A and CFO on finance, data, and tech initiatives including financial systems implementations and reporting automation.
• Build, maintain, and enhance scalable financial reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, SQL, planning systems, and BI platforms.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting by improving data workflows, coordinating inputs, and ensuring accuracy across models and outputs.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and tech teams to improve data quality, streamline reporting, and automate recurring analyses.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses, dashboards, models, and outputs for decision-making across the organization.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring priorities, milestones, and milestones are met in a dynamic environment.
