Job summary

Eurofins USA Medical Devices is seeking a Finance Manager (Individual Contributor) to own the organization’s financial performance, partnering with senior leadership to build scalable models and provide actionable insights for growth.

The role leads collections design to optimize cash flow, oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional finance projects, with a focus on accuracy and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Experience with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and financial statement prep.
• Collections process establishment or improvement.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Generate KPI reports and highlight trends for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Support M&A activities and post-acquisition integration.
• Lead annual budgeting and build financial models.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize billing, collections, and P2P processes.
