Eurofins USA Medical Devices seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own end-to-end financial performance, partnering with senior leadership. The role drives KPIs, builds scalable models, and improves cash flow through disciplined collections processes.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses, collaborating across functions to enable data-driven decisions and sustainable growth. This is a full-time role in the St. Louis area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Experience in client services or laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and GAAP reporting standards.

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial scenarios with senior leaders.
• Partner with departments to drive profitability and cost savings.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Improve collections process and manage working capital effectively.
