HITT Contracting is seeking a Senior Associate, FP&A in Falls Church, VA to support annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly account analysis. You will partner with department heads to understand operating expenses and deliver insightful trend analyses to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, or other ERP and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the strategic planning process with annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly account analysis.
• Work with department heads to understand operating expenses and communicate progress through trend reporting.
• Review financial information to drive insights for business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of cost allocation and assist with reclassifications.
• Refine and update financial models for budgeting and reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc support and analysis as needed.
