Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY seeks a Senior Associate, FP&A to deliver high-quality financial insights, forecasts, and analyses supporting strategic decisions. You will partner with Finance, Sales, and leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and automate processes across budgeting, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities include SG&A forecasting, cost control, capital planning support, and developing Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate concise departmental expense and headcount forecasting and reporting for SG&A managers.
• Maintain and update templates used for recurring financial submissions.
• Support capital authorization, spend, and timing coordination.
• Prepare executive presentations for capital request reviews.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key financial information.
• Use Oracle Planning (SmartView, ad-hoc queries) for forecasting.
