The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling and analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting, and the ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights. • Improve financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis through technology and AI
  • Serve as a bridge between Finance, Asset Management, and Property Operations to ensure consistent and accurate information
  • Support the CFO and senior leadership with strategic projects and ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial advisory experience
  • Experience within a real estate owner, operator, investment manager, developer, or property management platform is preferred
  • Public accounting or advisory candidates with meaningful real estate exposure will also be considered
