Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, and accountability.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models and analyze complex data.
• Collaborates effectively across departments and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead components of CGC's budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Partner with leaders to build budgets, forecasts, and plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate and analyze results and explain variances to leadership.
• Develop and enhance financial models and scenario analyses for planning and decision support.
• Gather data from multiple sources to support analyses and recommendations.
• Communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
