Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst, FP&A for a hybrid role in Norwalk, CT. The position offers up to $80,000 plus bonus and a clear path for early-career finance professionals to grow.

You'll support risk and insurance functions, perform credit analyses, prepare monthly leadership dashboards, and partner with department heads on KPI tracking and forecast modeling. You’ll help automate FP&A processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build and maintain multi-variable models.
• Comfort working with ERP and BI systems; interest in process automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance and risk-related responsibilities, including renewals, claims, and exposure analysis.
• Conduct customer and vendor financial assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and onboarding risk.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with department heads to validate assumptions and track KPIs.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and cost-driver modeling.
