Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain multi-variable models.
• Comfort working with ERP and BI systems; interest in process automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance and risk-related responsibilities, including renewals, claims, and exposure analysis.
• Conduct customer and vendor financial assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and onboarding risk.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with department heads to validate assumptions and track KPIs.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and cost-driver modeling.
