Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking an FP&A Analyst to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, cash management, and reporting. The role suits an early-career finance professional with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn, working on a small, high-performing team in the renewable energy sector.

You will support monthly/annual FP&A processes, develop financial models, and present analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of FP&A/Accounting or corporate treasury roles.
• Cash and liquidity management experience.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Excel proficiency and financial modeling experience.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly and annual FP&A processes.
• Develop financial models, summarize assumptions and key metrics for decision making.
• Present quarterly business reviews to COO, CEO, and department managers with variance explanations.
• Own the weekly cash forecast and present updates to management.
• Contribute to liquidity planning and related reporting deliverables.
• Analyze cash and revenue impact of project economics and schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and act as a liaison to lenders/banks.
• Develop Company dashboards for strategic reviews.
• Gather and analyze cash flow forecasts with business unit teams.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Project Finance teams.
• Drive capital allocation decisions and process improvements.
• Work with leadership across organization to drive initiatives to completion.
