Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Report revenue, profit, cash flow and risk for the business unit.
• Prepare, distribute and maintain project-related financial reports.
• Analyze data at the business unit level.
• Improve project accounting systems and processes.
• Serve as lead POC for internal audits.
• Communicate potential risk to Director and above.
• Manage workload and staffing recommendations for the team.
• Train and support Accounting Associates & Senior Associates.
