Job summary

On Location seeks a Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant, Core, to drive forecast accuracy and profitability across the Travel Services portfolio. You will partner with business leads and Controllership to deliver timely financial insights and robust reporting for senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP/BI experience, with 3–5+ years in FP&A or accounting and a background in events or entertainment preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 3–5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or analytics.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and management reports for the Travel Services portfolio.
• Perform variance analysis vs. plan, prior year, and latest forecast.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and explanations.
• Build and enhance financial models for travel programs and event operations to support profitability analysis.
• Own program and event-level profitability reporting, monitoring revenue, costs, and margins.
• Collaborate with Controllership to ensure proper accounting treatment and accruals.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports and BI dashboards; support data integrity across finance platforms.
• Support revenue recognition considerations in partnership with senior finance staff.
• Contribute to special projects for revenue enhancement and margin optimization.
