Job summary

On Location, a global experiential hospitality leader and part of TKO Group Holdings, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant, Core. This role supports Travel Services and broader FP&A across the Core portfolio, delivering timely financial analytics to drive decisions and improve reporting visibility for event and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with BI/dashboarding tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports for Travel Services portfolio.
• Perform variance analysis vs. plan, prior year, and latest forecast; deliver actionable insights.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with variance explanations and reports.
• Build and enhance financial models for travel programs, hospitality packages, and event operations.
• Own program and event-level profitability reporting; monitor revenue, costs and margins.
• Collaborate with Controllership on accounting treatment and accruals; ensure policy adherence.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel/BI dashboards to drive decisions.
• Assist in contract analysis and revenue recognition considerations with senior staff.
• Contribute to data integrity and controls across NetSuite, SAP and related tools.
• Support special projects related to revenue enhancement and margin optimization.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak event and reporting periods.
