On Location is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and management for Core Events. This role requires 5+ years of finance experience including P&L oversight. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance partner across Core Events portfolio and oversee event-level P&L.
• Own Finance sign-off of event P&Ls and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage and develop Event Accountants.
