Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support supply chain finance for freight, logistics, and Member Support. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Accounting to deliver reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and you will own the margin bridge narrative presented to senior leaders.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive management of changing business requirements at a fast-growing company headquartered in New York City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FP&A / corporate finance experience.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or math.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to freight, logistics and Member Support.
• Track performance vs operating plans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and YTD variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting on freight, accruals and COGS analysis for financial reporting.
• Own the Connected Fitness margin bridge analysis and present to CFO and VP of FP&A monthly.
• Support in ad-hoc analyses to enable critical business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
• Monitor cost trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Develop internal processes to adapt to changing business requirements and regulations.
• Assume additional responsibilities and assist with projects as needed.
