Job summary

Peloton is hiring a Staff Data Analyst to partner with Global Operations and Technology and the Enterprise Data team. You will act as the voice of data for Supply Chain and Member Support, while hands-on and collaborating with a larger data team.

You will lead metric architecture, run weekly reviews, perform root-cause analysis, and translate complex insights into clear business narratives for executives and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analytics experience in a senior role within a complex org.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and Looker experience; strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Sheets).
• Fluency with Python and/or R; familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and maintain a metric architecture with North Star metrics and guardrails.
• Lead weekly reviews of key metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate insights to the company.
• Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations for cross-functional teams.
