Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to partner with Global Operations & Technology and Enterprise Data teams. You will be the voice of data for Supply Chain and Member Support, while hands-on analyzing data and guiding strategic decisions.

You will lead metric architecture, perform root-cause analysis, and translate complex data into actionable business narratives. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams on pilots and initiatives, and ongoing documentation and training

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analytics experience, senior-level in a complex org.
• Proficient in SQL and Looker; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Fluent in Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Familiar with dbt and modern analytics eng principles.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain a robust metric architecture with North Star metrics.
• Lead a workstream to review metrics weekly and report insights to leadership.
• Translate data into clear, concise business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate on measurement strategy and data collection for pilots and initiatives.
• Decompose high-level goals into testable hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
• Partner with tech and operations to design and interpret experiments.
• Become the in-house expert on Peloton's supply chain and member data.
