Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s Degree/MBA highly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain, logistics, or operations with cost-savings track record.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency with hands-on model building.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
• Vision to see the big picture with execution discipline.
• Executive presence to influence across levels.
• Experience with dbt or analytics workflows; productionizing analytical work.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into data workflows and enabling non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year supply chain roadmap aligned with growth and fiscal objectives.
• Design and optimize global distribution and logistics network for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Advise executive leadership on trends, risks, and investment opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing for integrated planning.
• Establish and manage cost-reduction programs targeting delivery, service, refurbishment, and transportation.
• Lead Quality-by-Design initiatives to optimize product reliability and reduce CoQ.
• Oversee the supply chain budget and productivity gains.
• Define total landed cost models for sourcing and logistics.
• Collaborate with analytics to build dbt data models for reliable data infrastructure.
• Incorporate AI tools to empower non-technical teams and accelerate decisions.
• Develop KPIs on cost-to-serve, OTIF, inventory turnover, and working capital.
• Foster Lean/Six Sigma culture to eliminate waste and drive improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and promote data-driven mindset.
