Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, Supply Chain (AMER) to serve as a key finance partner for margin performance across the Americas. You’ll drive planning, analysis, governance, and decision support for margin adjustments, including tariffs, overhead, logistics, and product costs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive FP&A/Finance/Costing experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin drivers, COGS, accruals, reserves, allocations and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI, Anaplan or similar tools preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Americas gross margin performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year; explain key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare reporting, reconciliations, financial bridges, and executive-ready summaries for margin adjustments.
• Evaluate product cost, tariffs, inbound freight, logistics costs, overhead spend, and inventory adjustments to quantify margin impact.
• Support quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning for margin adjustment accounts.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Controllership, and Enterprise Finance to align assumptions and improve visibility.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, forecast models, and planning processes with AI and BI enhancements.
• Support post-season reviews, ad hoc analysis, and process improvements to boost forecast accuracy and efficiency.
