Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a strategic Sr. FP&A Manager to partner with global operations and procurement across a multi-brand consumer products business.

You will own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis while collaborating with procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing to unlock cost efficiencies and drive value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning across the global supply chain organization, monitoring worldwide spend.
• Analyze core drivers of month-end variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance; enforce accountability around margin optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations leaders to model and track strategic value-creation programs.
• Design, implement, and track operational KPIs to enhance supply chain performance visibility, identify emerging trends, and modernize financial reporting tools.
• Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and high-accountability environment.
• Build ad-hoc financial models, business cases, and executive presentations to translate complex operational metrics into actionable strategic guidance for senior leadership.
