Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A – Global Distribution & Logistics to partner with global supply chain and operations leadership. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and decision support for distribution centers, outbound freight, and related logistics.

You will build financial models, analyze cost drivers, advise on optimization opportunities, and mentor a team of analysts to deliver clear financial insights and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 8-10+ years FP&A, finance, or supply chain finance experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytics, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability; experience with Power BI and enterprise planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, forecast, and long-range planning for global distribution and logistics.
• Serve as finance business partner to Distribution, Logistics, Product Supply Finance, Enterprise FP&A, and supply chain leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and ROI assessments.
• Track KPIs including cost per unit, freight performance, productivity, service levels, and inventory impact.
• Identify risks, opportunities, savings initiatives, and operational trade-offs; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support standardized forecasting, reporting, governance across regions, brands, and distribution networks.
• Coach analysts or junior finance team members in analytics and executive communication.
