Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Fortune 500 experience in a matrix organization preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong financial modeling skills (income statements and cash flow).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to present findings clearly.
• Values-driven culture and collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process for 5-year LRPs with regional leaders.
• Model growth opportunities and monitor progress with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze short-term and long-term trends using KPIs from multiple sources.
• Provide financial perspectives on margin expansion and revenue growth.
• Coordinate regional financials and build commentary on variances.
• Drive adherence to budgets and SG&A savings.
• Develop product-level revenue reporting for commercial leaders.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven business cases.
