Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Quantitative Management or related field and graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and consistently executes at a high level.
• Experience turning data points into a compelling business story for diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with Python, PowerBI, Data Lake, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, automation and maintenance of Demand Planning scorecards, inventory tracking dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Assist demand planning teams in analyzing forecast accuracy, demand trends, and key performance metrics.
• Participate in forecast reviews and planning meetings to learn methodologies and retail planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and planning processes.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; propose improvements.
• Prepare presentations and insights for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.
• Contribute to reporting automation and analytics enhancement projects.
