You will partner with leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights. This on-site, full-time role requires 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and GAAP knowledge. You will build models, analyze variances, and support strategic decisions to improve financial outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate findings to leaders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, performance, and initiatives.
• Partner with leaders across departments to understand drivers and support informed decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and financial implications of potential investments or acquisitions.
• Improve processes to streamline reporting and forecasting accuracy.
• Support ad hoc analyses and leadership requests.
