Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as NetSuite and Adaptive.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for units and projects.
• Analyze data for trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
