Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience in manufacturing or CPG industries preferred.
• Advanced financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes and net sales reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance explanations for leadership.
• Develop and automate reporting tools and KPI dashboards with BI tools.
• Maintain standardized financial reporting processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with cost center owners to improve forecasting accuracy.
