LHH is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This role partners with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic business analysis across a global organization.

The position focuses on leading annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning, while building robust financial models and KPIs to enhance performance and cost management across global units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or managerial accounting experience.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and consolidations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in a global or multi-currency environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models, consolidations, and executive reporting.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with operations, accounting, and finance teams across global business units.
• Develop KPIs and reporting tools to improve business performance and cost management.
