Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in general accounting, financial management, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, explain variances, and influence business decisions.
• Proven ability to manage and interpret financial information to support operational performance, strategic planning, budgeting, and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting financial results to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, validate, and analyze financial data to support planning, budgeting, and investments.
• Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts, and reports to assess performance and explain variances.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management on a regular cadence.
• Forecast organization’s short-, medium-, and long-term financial position based on industry and economic trends.
• Deliver data-driven insights on expenses, investments, and performance to guide strategy.
• Partner with technology leadership to evaluate ROI and support tech initiatives.
