Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• 2+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, or operating-plan development.
• Demonstrated FP&A experience supporting business or operational leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to connect incomplete information and develop conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Own recurring financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for an assigned business unit.
• Partner with leaders to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, explain financial results, and support decisions.
• Provide management reporting and financial analysis to improve visibility into performance.
• Prepare forecasts and operating plans; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Respond to ad hoc requests by connecting data from multiple sources and delivering clear findings.
• Support transformation initiatives and evolving reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with finance and stakeholders across regions for global reporting and consolidation.
• Analyze general ledger activity and data quality to improve reporting.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Contribute to FP&A continuous-improvement projects.
