Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid role based in Chandler, AZ. The role supports FP&A for Global Business Services, Global Marketing and Legal, with global scope across North America, EMEA and APAC.

You will produce monthly/quarterly results, participate in budgeting/forecasting cycles, and provide insights for leadership. Strong communication, IT know-how, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounting & Finance functions.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and planning support for GBS/IT, Global Marketing and Legal leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial results versus budget by leader and function.
• Assist with budget and forecast cycles in Adaptive Planning (OPEX, CapEx, labor).
• Support SteerCo reporting and enterprise IT program budgets.
• Prepare go-to-market revenue reporting for Digital Commerce across regions.
