Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is seeking a dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience required.
• Cash flow forecasting experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and leaders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.
• Experience with debt covenant reporting and treasury activities preferred.
• Exposure to M&A or integration activities is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity or PE-backed environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on FP&A, cash flow forecasting, and treasury support.
• Manage debt covenant reporting and strategic finance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain 13-week cash flow models.
• Support short- and long-term cash planning.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting packages.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support mid-year forecasts and leadership reporting.
• Perform variance analysis and executive financial reporting.
• Engage in financial modeling and strategic planning.
• Support treasury and liquidity management activities.
• Develop management reporting and operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executives on planning.
• Assist with acquisition integration projects and financial analysis.
• Identify business risks and growth opportunities with leadership.
