Job summary

The ideal candidate will deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, develop rolling forecasts, and provide insights to improve profitability while aspiring to grow into a Finance Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and strategic finance responsibilities.
• Ability to lead budgeting activities and develop rolling forecasts.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models.
• Strong monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis skills.
• Experience supporting P&L management and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and strategic finance activities including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-range projections.
• Build and maintain financial models and perform variance analyses.
• Prepare executive and management reporting packages and deliver findings to leadership.
• Support accounting operations, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Act as a finance partner collaborating with CFO and operational leadership.
